When I really need to think, to be alone (which means to be "all one") the Pacific Coast is one of the places that does it for me. I lived for several years in Ventura and have traveled almost the entire coastline.  Although I no longer live in California, I visit frequently, I'm a Scorpio and water is a magnet for me. Especially the rugged Sonoma and Mendocino County coastal areas.
